M.Ost (Hons)

Valerie Legat

Valerie graduated from the European School of Osteopathy with a M.Ost (Hons) Masters in Osteopathy. She chose to study osteopathy through her own experience of suffering with shoulder pain - she saw an osteopath treating the body as a whole, which amazed her on the importance of full body function.

Valerie prides herself on the rapport she has with her patients. She will work with you to achieve the best result. She tailors her treatments to each presenting condition and will give exercises to help improve your health. Her treatment may vary from articulation, massage, adjustments and cranial osteopathy.

Valerie treats all ages – from new-borns to patients well in the 90s. She loves treating any condition or injury but has a keen interest in migraines, because as a sufferer herself she understands how debilitating it can be. She also enjoys treating babies.

In her spare time, you can see Valerie climbing or swimming.

She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.
